Accessibility means making sure that people with the widest range of capabilities can easily access information and functions available. Part of this work involves meeting the current standards for our products and content, including those listed in the EU web accessibility directive (Official Journal of the EU). I was in charge of the accessibility guidelines of the new European Parliament Brand book. Inclusive communication is a important topic to me, as a designer and a social and intercultural psychologist.
